Prices
Prices of products on this website are based on live gold/silver spot prices. Prices can change every few minutes. When shopping on our store you understand that prices can change during the browsing and order process. Once an order is placed, the price within the order is the price you will pay. Prices cannot be changed after an order is placed.
Exchange Rates
All transactions are made in Australian dollars. All currency conversion information provided on this site is for informational purposes only. The exchange rate that is used when making a purchase is determined by your credit card provider at the time of purchase.
Refunds are processed in Australian dollars. Because exchange rates vary from day to day, refunds made to international customers may differ slightly from the purchase amount. Any such variances may also be due to fees charged by credit card issuers and payment institutions. These factors are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for such variances.

We currently only accept payment by Bank Transfer.

Pickup
All items are currently only available via Pickup at our Queensland-based stores only. Purchase of items is not a guarantee of availability and may be cancelled due to factors outside of our control, such as refinery issues, logistical, or quality control issues. A pickup date and time is provided after payment has been confirmed.
